This Senior Graphic Designer will join the in-house creative team to implement visual design systems across a wide variety of both b2c and b2b work. The designer we are looking for has the ability to translate strategies and stories into highly engaging experiences. They are a swiss army knife of design skills and are eager to take on new design challenges. Working collaboratively with creative directors and strategists, they will create a high volume of design assets from concept to completion. Work will range from digital collateral, landing pages, microsites, web assets, environmental graphics, social media content, print communication, presentations, email communications, infographics, videos, and more.

What you will do:

  • Create and execute engaging, impactful and unique design solutions using brand assets and identity guidelines
  • Collaborate with creative and content strategists to shape projects before design
  • Clearly articulate creative vision and design rationale to clients
  • Translate customer insights and performance data into design concepts for creative campaigns
  • Work with cross-functional teams, collaborating with designers, copywriters, and videographers, from ideation to execution
  • Ensure all deliverables are of the highest creative standards, and adhere to interactive best practices
  • Think creatively and be able to drive new ways to visually support everything from broad strategic concepts to design functionality
  • Work independently and check in frequently with manager to solve problems and keep project status updated
  • Work with stakeholders in other departments (strategy, marketing, brand design) to understand business objectives and provide solutions through design
  • Help evolve and define brand assets and guidelines

What you will bring:

  • 5+ years of experience specializing in interactive and visual design 
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong portfolio of a wide range of mediums (web, mobile, email, environmental, print, etc.)
  • Knowledge of interaction design and user-centered experience design, including the fundamentals of information architecture, hierarchy, and layout
  • Excellent organizational skills; an ability to multi-task and work efficiently under pressure with careful attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of front end web development, and experience of working directly with developers to fully bring web concepts to full functionality
  • The ability to both work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Understanding/experience in working within a CMS
  • Working knowledge of video and motion graphics
  • Strong communication skills working with the client and design team
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • An eagerness to learn and a 'find a way' attitude
