OUR TEAM
Client Administrator will be part of the Client Operations Team that focuses on ensuring our clients and their families have a positive experience by facilitating and coordinating the client journey within Services.
THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a Client Administrator to play an integral role in ensuring clients positive experience in facilitating and coordinating the client journey within Healios Neurodevelopment and Mental Health Services and be responsible for the smooth running of this journey.
To be successful in this role, below is what we would need from you:
- Administrative and organisational experience
- Good time management and task switching skills
- Experience of customer resolution handling and troubleshooting
- Experience of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and/or Google Docs, Sheets, Calendar
- Excellent soft skills, manners and etiquette, particularly on the telephone
- A professional home working environment with a minimum WIFI connection of 2 Mbps up and download speed
WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Keep the client at the heart of everything we do
- General administration and coordination duties that supports the Client Operations team, or clients and our colleagues
- Support the clients onboarding experience by setting up client accounts, ensuring the correct information is submitted and following up with clients
- Inbound and outbound client calls to support with onboarding and general queries
- Deliver excellent customer service via email, chat and phone while meeting the desired Service Levels and KPIs
