Customer Care Representative

THE ROLE

We are seeking bright, warm, capable, tech-savvy individuals who are great on the phone and well-versed in using state-of-the-art technology and websites. This is a hands-on role where you will learn the ins-and-outs of the business while directly serving customers.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Execute customer experience objectives through direct customer interaction

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES

This is not an entry-level job. Previous customer service is a must. Phone skills are imperative.

  • Passion for Heal’s mission and obsessed with providing the highest level of customer service

  • Enjoyment of the day-to-day aspects of customer service; you genuinely enjoy helping people and enjoy the challenge of fixing problems and making someone’s day; you actually love to answer the phone or respond to an online inquiry

  • Solutions oriented and resourceful, with poise and composure in the midst of stressful or heated situations and the ability to think quickly and analytically in meeting the moment while staying focused on larger goals

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills combined with strong interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a start up strongly preferred
  • Excellent technical skills
