Job Description: The Patient Outreach Executive will be responsible for developing relationships with prospective patients and brokers to help support Heal’s growth in the New York City area. This individual will help design and execute enrollment strategies for our Medicare population, forming relationships with health plan teams and insurance brokers, and coordinating with Heal’s internal marketing team to create compelling engagements for potential patients for Heal. The Patient Outreach Executive will also introduce Heal, and guide new patients to become familiar with our program.
Outreach to existing patients who have an opportunity to be a part of our value-based programs and guide them through the enrollment process.
Serve as a resource for brokers and salespeople who request information on Heal, have questions or need materials to enable their sales efforts.
Deliver a high level of customer service and satisfactions to prospects, patients and partners
Generate leads by prospecting, building and maintaining relationships throughout the community
Nurture prospective patients and prospect for new patients with an ambitious mentality via email, phone, and networking
Represent Heal at community events and deliver effective pitches to those interested in our service offering
Sales or account management experience, preferably with a senior population
Degree from 2 or 4-year institution preferred
Ability to use email and computer reporting tools like Microsoft Office
Knowledge of healthcare is a plus
Ability to quickly connect with and influence the right people
Ability to drive toward success in a fast-paced, sometimes frenetic environment where multi-tasking, prioritizing, and process-building are key features of the role
Represents Heal in a professional and ethical manner and demonstrates good judgement to internal and external audiences
Isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get involved in day-to-day decisions and planning activities
