This role will require you to make many phone calls as the voice of Heal to prospective and current patients. You will be a bridge that helps close healthcare access gaps around the nation. We are focused on bringing transformative, simple, quality primary care to every corner of every market. Strong patient-doctor relationships and the journey to getting and staying healthy begins with proactive engagement from you.
You will work closely with other members of the Patient Engagement and Outreach team, the Operations team, and the Clinical team to help patients get and stay healthy by connecting them with easy healthcare delivered by Heal Doctors. In this role, you will own the conversations that create engaged patients.

Basic knowledge of preventative health screenings or the ability to quickly learn

Comfort using and explaining mobile apps
Staying organized across multiple priorities is a strength
Provide above and beyond customer service and communication with our patients so they know Heal hears them and values them
Initiate phone calls to and manage communication with prospective patients, including those who lack other healthcare access
Make reminder calls to patients about upcoming appointments
Respond to patient inquiries promptly, and follow-up on patient issues and resolutions to ensure quality customer service
Engage with potential new patients to explain Heal’s mission and services
What We Need
Active communicator, both verbal and written
Commitment to helping seniors get healthier
Prior experience in healthcare preferred
Prior experience in a call center, contact center, outbound, inside sales, and/or outreach team preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail
Ability to work independently with little supervision
