Duties: Design meaningful and effective visual communications, data visualizations, iconography, and digital graphics for use in the development and improvement of Heal’s ground-breaking healthcare applications. Collaborate with engineers and researchers, as well as computer and smartphone product managers, to build engaging and impactful graphic design and digital product experiences for the end-users. Work to create and improve Heal’s digital style guidelines and ensure consistent user-interface patterns across computers and smartphone products. Translate computer programming requirements and smartphone user-interface wireframes or technology concepts into digital graphics or designs. Participate in digital design reviews to provide feedback and suggestions and ensure that the team develops and adheres to a consistent digital design language. Ensure design detail and consistency, working with typography, visual design, visual layout, and user-centric design practices, usability, and accessibility. Responsible for providing multiple design approaches and interactions, working with standard design tools, including Adobe Creative Suite.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field, plus six (6) months of graphic design, visual media, or related experience maintaining visual media communications; including some experience producing materials across various media; working with executive management to organize displays; designing and publishing visual identity guidelines; coordinating with external vendors; and utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop).
