Duties: Analyze and identify strategic targets. Assist in nurturing and building key prospect/customer contacts in target companies at executive/leadership levels. Responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) sales targets. Support opportunity and account playbooks/account management plans and perform joint business planning. Work with business development team to identify customer needs, define and communicate pursuit strategy to match Heal services. Understand requirements and act as the voice of the client. Actively listen and interpret the needs of clients to formulate appropriate recommendations and identify new areas in which Heal can provide services and value. Collaborate with the larger Heal to provide client support and develop solutions. Assist in achieving lead generation, prospecting and other sales management goals designed to build an optimal sales pipeline. Build, manage and continually develop a geographic specific sales pipeline to achieve targets for new, retained, and expanded business. Work with team to develop proposals, respond to RFPs, and conduct face-to-face sales presentations for prospective customers.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Global Business, or closely related field plus six (6) months of sales, business development, investor relations or related experience, including experience with market and industry research; performing due diligence; and customer relationship management. Some experience with financial analysis and reporting; utilizing Salesforce; analyzing customer data (preferences and needs); product development; and project management.
