👩💻The role
Elevate your career trajectory by joining the newly formed Revenue Operations team at Headout. Working directly with the Vice President - Growth & Strategy, the team’s purpose is to design and oversee the set up and roll out of a combined vision bringing together sales operations, sales training and business knowledge, connectivity partnerships and supply partners product marketing and communications.

🤩What makes this role special?
- Strategy. Leverage your experience to build a vision for what our sales organization can and should look like in 2 years time, encompassing tools, workflows, training, learning and knowledge, and any other aspect you deem necessary to help improve the way we work
- Enablement. Lead the materialization of your vision into concrete new processes, tools and more - helping a team of 50+ BDMs across 4 continents and 15 countries to do their best work, and make Headout a better and more scalable business
- Collaboration. Work hand in hand with our local GMs to ensure their teams are leveraging your work to its full potential, track adoption and iterate with them on how to continuously improve the way we work and operate
- Leadership. Coordinate efforts across the Rev Ops team, product, engineering, ops and marketing teams to ensure our milestones are met timely and our solutions are both concrete and innovative

🌟Our dream Sr Manager - Revenue Operations
- You think in systems, and are able to see the long term and at-scale solutions to immediate problem statements, and the trajectory to reach them.
- A self-starter, you are proficient in task prioritization and know how to operate independently.
- You are an analytical problem-solver, with the ability to leverage data into insights that become the basis of your action plans
- A creative mind, you are ready to own the production of interactive training and coaching materials
- Amazing people and communication skills enable you to lead and mentor your team effectively, as well as get your peers to buy-in on your strategies and support them
- Flexibility to adapt and thrive in an agile environment.
🎯 What skills & experience do you need?
- 6+ years experience in sales ops/sales enablement/revenue ops, preferably within a fast growing ecommerce/consumer startup
- Experience and proven track record leading the implementation and adoption of a CRM tool, as well as
- Experience and proven track record designing and owning the adoption of sales training programs, knowledge bases and more
- Stellar interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-motivation, paired with the ability to prioritize and operate autonomously.
