We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. 👩‍💻The role

The Media team at Headout is a rapidly expanding group of creative, collaborative, and strategic individuals dedicated to elevating the quality of media to provide exceptional experiences for customers. You'll have the opportunity to work with a broad range of people from cross-functional teams comprising designers, business experts, customer experience professionals, supply operations specialists, and writers. Together, we're building a global travel platform that enables users to rely on Headout to create unforgettable moments through immersive experiences.

This role is based in Bengaluru, so we are seeking candidates who are either local or open to relocating to the city.

🤩What makes this role special?

  • Communication: You will enable org-wide and team communication, overcoming any challenge and adapt & tackle diverse problems, optimizing tasks through breakdown. You will help foster team growth and provide guidance. You will build high-impact events and overall experiences to motivate, celebrate, educate, and tell the Headout brand story.
  • Design: You will connect user groups and workflows, creating intuitive design solutions. You will organize effective brainstorming, collaborate cross-functionally, improve brand styling & user experience. You will strive to improve the fidelity of visual aesthetics, add design-driven delight to the brand and communication.
  • Leadership: You will navigate ambitious situations while providing clarity & solutions and owning impactful initiatives for OKR design. You will provide creative leadership & strategic direction for the development and execution of high-quality design to meet global brand objectives and visually communicate products or services to the target audience.

💝What skills & experience do you need?

  • Experience and Expertise: You have minimum of 6 years of experience in brand and marketing design within a collaborative setting, coupled with in-depth knowledge of visual design principles and methodology.

  • Portfolio and Proficiency: You possess an impressive portfolio demonstrating elegant design solutions and proficiency with design tools, with the ability to undertake hands-on tasks as needed.

  • Leadership and Communication: You demonstrate strong leadership skills by contributing to team development, providing actionable feedback, and effectively communicating concepts to establish ambitious expectations.


  • Prior experience in mentoring a team of designers
  • Ability to derive problem statements and planning roadmaps to solve problems
  • Good aesthetic on appreciating art, design, and cultural nuances.
