We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. 👩💻The role
- Handling reconciliations across all partners to ensure accurate and timely payouts are done
- Develop new processes and procedures to improve the payables process
- Ensuring financial controls and data integrity are in place and adhered to
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders for key data points to support business decisions
- Coordinate with external stakeholders to resolve payment-related enquiries and escalations
🤩What makes this role special?
- Accountability. As a company in the travel and experiences industry, we take utmost care of managing our customers’ money, including quick processing of payments and refunds
- Visibility. This role requires working on reports and reconciliations, which gives visibility into the growth and scale of business
- Exposure. This role involves working with different tools and platforms such as PayPal and Checkout
💝What skills & experience do you need?
- 1-3 years prior experience in Financial Operations, preferably in payables or receivables
- Great focus and attention to detail
- Skilled with Excel / Google Sheets
- Strong data and quantitative skills
- MBA in finance, CMA, CFA, C.A./CA semi qualified with exp. is preferred.
