Headout has served tens of millions of guests from 196 countries (every single sovereign state on the planet) on one of our experiences across 100+ cities in 9 languages. Today, we have sales of 100s of millions of $s a year and are growing rapidly. Contrary to the norm, we deliver this scale and growth while being profitable. We've been unit profitable for 18 months + and have recently turned EBITDA profitable as well. We have raised $60M+ from top-tier investors and are building a durable company for the long term - because that's what our mission needs and deserves.

As Senior Data Analyst for the Product Data team, you will play a pivotal role in harnessing the power of data to enhance our product offerings. At Headout, we firmly believe in data-driven decision making. Collaborating closely with multifaceted teams across the organization, our data team diligently crafts business insights and actionable strategies. Your analytical expertise and ability to communicate findings effectively will be crucial in driving our user experience and business objectives

💝 What skills & experience do you need?

  • You have a minimum 1.5 years of experience in product analytics, preferably in a high growth startup 
  • The transformation of raw data into actionable insights is your forte. Proficiency in SQL is a must, Python/R is optional but preferable
  • You have a solid understanding of statistical analysis and A/B testing methodologies
  • You possess a commercial acumen that translates numbers into impactful business strategies
  • Your expertise extends to synergizing with senior stakeholders and product teams, ensuring harmony in decision-making.
