Job Description
Title: Director of HCP Communications & Engagement
Reporting to: President & GM
Location: Remote (East Coast or Central Time is strongly preferred)

Dermsquared is seeking a leader to advance the Dermsquared brand with Healthcare Professionals and build upon tremendous momentum and engagement with the Dermsquared platform from the dermatology community. The Director of HCP Communications & Engagement is a key member of the Strategic Product Leadership team and will focus on fueling traffic across the platform including in-person medical conferences and digital channels leveraging clinical and non-clinical content to further strengthen the trust dermatology has in our company. Through inspiring leadership and collaboration, the Director of HCP Communications & Engagement will work with the commercial and transformation teams and other key stakeholders to ensure a clear and sustainable path to engaging HCPs and industry partners while enriching knowledge and insights about the community to ensure Dermsquared is always furthering our value proposition with customers/partners. 

 

Responsibilities

  • As a key member of the Strategic Product Leadership team, drive HCP engagement measured by monthly average users, time on site and other leading indicators across specific growth vectors
  • Understand the needs of Dermsquared product leaders and sponsors and fuel HCP engagement across our platform of education, information and services
  • Ensure data enrichment is an integral part of go-to-market plans for HCP engagement
  • Foster continued momentum through ongoing development of CRM platform (Iterable) to achieve efficiency and optimize engagement through strategic campaigns in service of the dermatology community 
  • Develop and execute campaign(s) to fuel HCP engagement ensuring processes to execute are clear within team and key stakeholders leveraging internal resources/tools and external partners 
  • Onboard a new agency to support execution of HCP engagement and communication plans 
  • Play a critical role in helping shape a new growth strategy 

Requirements

  • Demonstrated leadership essentials
  • Bachelor's degree, MBA is a plus
  • 10+ years of experience in marketing and/or product management including leading website/platform development
  • Prior experience in high growth environment is a plus
  • Travel – estimated less than 20%
