Job Description
Title: Project Manager
Reporting to: Chief Medical Officer
Location: REMOTE (East Coast or Central Time is strongly preferred)

CMEsquared is seeking a CME Project Manager to assist in the management of activity timelines, supporters, and grant requirements, under the direction of the Chief Medical Officer. The role will involve collaboration with internal team members to manage supporter relationships, relationships between departments and activity deadlines and completion.
The Account/Project manager will plan, coordinate, and obtain required information from various departments and staff members to meet supporter requirements and activity deadlines as well as provide timely CME compliant updates to supporters including outcomes analysis.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and obtain information from various departments and staff members to fulfill CME activity requirements
- Adapt program budgets into templates required by each supporter
- Collaborate with CME accrediting bodies through relevant stages of the process from CME application through CME review and activity completion
- Ensure the overall delivery and implementation of projects to the highest quality, in line with the grant requirements and the allocated budget
- Maintain communication with the supporters on activity updates and maintain supporter status reports
- Correspond with supporters in response to requests for information (RFI) or when changes of scopes are necessary
- Assist in the grant reconciliation process, by providing required project deliverables: outcomes reports, participant metrics, and program materials
- Support VP of educational development in other funder related tasks
- Identify and collaborate with regional societies for partnering on activities
Qualifications and Skills
- 4-year degree from an accredited institution
- 1+ years of work experience in continuing medical education. Experience in application submissions preferred
- Familiarity with CME/CE standards and processes
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Superior organizational and time-management skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Strong proficiency Microsoft Office Suite required (Word, Excel, and Power Point)
