We are looking for a talented Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to join our Services & Analytics team. The SDM is a change agent, who is passionate, has high energy and results oriented with a creative and analytical mind. You will be responsible for ensuring client success within our service offering including project management, business process analysis, and operational account management. You must be a leader dedicated to exceptional results and effective management to deliver quality service while partnering with cross-functional teams.  The Service Delivery Manager reports to the SVP, Services & Analytics.

How you will do it:

  • Be a strategic business partner with clients, able to understand how a project fits within a clients overall strategic goals
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress and maintain control on project scope, schedule and cost
  • Direct hc1 resources to ensure that all projects are delivered to specification and on-time
  • Own internal and external communications, identifying when escalation is necessary with both hc1 and client organizations
  • Perform risk management and measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
  • Direct management of customer activation and other projects collaborating with other hc1 teams
  • Recommends changes or policies to increase department effectiveness and customer satisfaction
  • Must be prepared for some travel (20%)

Skills we expect you to have:

  • Extensive understanding of project management principles, methods and techniques
  • BS degree or higher with focus on Business Administration or Technology - or equivalent work experience
  • PMP certification is preferred
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
  • Must be self-motivated, organized and analytical; with a proven track record in managing implementation projects
  • Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base and technology span
  • Capable of rapid technology intake
  • Must be able to communicate professionally in verbal and written conversations, and in the production of project documents
