Job Description
HBK is searching for an Associate to join our energetic and collaborative Investor Relations team in Dallas. This team is responsible for building and managing the relationships with HBK’s investors, which include public pensions, endowments and other institutional investors.
The candidate will report to the co-Heads of Investor Relations and will provide essential administrative and operational support to the IR team. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable handling a variety of tasks to support the team’s client service and investor communication efforts. The Associate will provide a range of fund-related information to investors and maintaining the department’s investor and prospect database. The individual will also support senior marketing members of the team, including notetaking and assisting with investor/prospect follow up.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This person will work closely with the Investor Relations team and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and effective investor engagement.

Requirements
- 0-1 years of professional experience; Finance experience or education preferred
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, poise, and tact
- Intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, and a high degree of self-direction
- Effective time management and organization skills - ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well in an environment driven by delivering value to the business
- Experience in Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred but not required
