At Havenly Inc., we believe that everyone deserves a home filled with beauty, personality, and meaning. Founded in 2014, we've grown into the #1 interior design service in the country.  Together, with our family of brands (Interior Define, The Citizenry, The Inside, and St. Frank), Havenly Inc. is reinventing the way that people design and shop for their homes, making quality, well-crafted furniture and professional interior design accessible for all.

We’re hiring a Senior Creative Producer, who is a production genius with styling DNA to fuel our creative endeavors – especially photoshoots and studio installations. The perfect candidate is a jack of all trades who thrives on organization, initiative, moodboards, and infusing every project with meticulous attention to detail. You'll be the backbone of our creative team, ensuring that every project runs like a well-oiled machine and is executed flawlessly.

Sure, we’re a little biased, but here’s why the gig is so great:

  • We’re assembling a stellar team and need a highly organized producer to help execute (and elevate) our creative vision.
  • There’s always something new happening at Havenly Inc., so we run hard and move fast. The best part of that? Your days are as interesting as they are inspiring.
  • Rockstars and go-getters make up our team, so if that’s you as well… you’ll feel right at home. And it makes the hard work way more exhilarating.
  • We’re redefining how people design and shop for home: making it accessible, simple, and fun. Shift culture with us.

You’ll be reporting to Havenly’s Director of Design & Content, working across our family of brands. We believe in magic that happens when we collaborate in person, so this position is required onsite in Denver, CO, adhering to a hybrid schedule of 2 days in office per week.

What you’ll do:

  • Photoshoot Concepting: Collaborate with the creative team to conceptualize photoshoots, develop mood boards, scout locations, develop shot lists, pull wardrobe, and coordinate styling props to bring the brand vision to life.
  • On-Site Production and Styling Support: Roll up your sleeves and dive into the action during photoshoots and installations. Whether it's organizing transportation of items to and from the location, ensuring smooth logistics, or lending a helping hand wherever needed, you'll be the behind-the-scenes hero making magic happen on shoot days. We’d even love for you to fly solo on select shoots, playing the simultaneous role of producer and stylist. (From arranging pillows to tossing a throw, your ability to achieve that effortlessly styled bedscape is *chef’s kiss*.)
  • Project Management: Keep the wheels turning by managing schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure seamless execution of creative projects – from photoshoots to studio installations. You are proficient with calendaring (Asana experience is a plus) and know just how to keep everything, and everyone, moving from concept to execution and beyond.
  • Creative Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for all production-related details (both internally and externally), coordinating logistics and call sheets, hiring movers, booking talent, sharing shot lists, and owning all the communication to bring our creative vision to life.
  • Budget Oversight: Develop and manage photography and special project budgets, tracking overarching expenses, and ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to maximize ROI.

Make Things Happen: There is no ask too big, new, or wild, for you. You’ll be expected to jump confidently into all tasks, from scouting the next amazing location for a catalog photoshoot (including Instagram scouring and cold outreach) to figuring out where to rent goats for a new social video concept (yes, that was a real task).

Who you are:

  • 6-8 years experience in a production or creative project management role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid understanding of brand strategy and design/photography values – you know what it takes to create a beautiful scene, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty bringing it to life.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail – you're the type who color-codes their to-do list for fun.
  • A self-starter with a can-do attitude – you don't wait for opportunities, you create them. And with a smile at that.
  • Gumption, tenacity, and amazing problem-solving ability – there is no last-minute challenge too daunting for you to figure out. And you won’t stop until you do.
  • A natural leader, who is comfortable and confident leading a group to brief in projects, present timelines, corral stakeholder inputs, and more.
  • An interest in interior design and a great eye for style – you feel just as home creating photoshoot moodboards, sourcing talent wardrobe, and scouting locations as you do with budgets, timelines, and spreadsheets.
  • The ability to present details and logistics into beautiful decks and thorough spreadsheets. People regularly compliment you on your visual organization skills.
  • Stellar written and verbal communication skills - you have a way of connecting with people through speech and copy.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to self-manage against tight timelines.
  • Solutions-oriented, thoughtful and diligent - bonus points for a sense of humor.
  • In short, you have that magic mix of right and left brain capacities, and are eager to flex both to produce truly remarkable photoshoots and creative projects.

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time position located in Denver, CO. Must be willing to travel regularly for photoshoots, installations, and other creative team needs.
  • Targeted compensation range for this role: $80-100K
  • Previous experience with Asana, Canva, Google Slides, Google Sheets, Dropbox, Brandfolder, and other project management tools is a plus
  • Our total rewards package includes competitive compensation, generous PTO, volunteer days off, health benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability), 401K, and paid Parental leave. In addition, we offer free design services, furniture discounts, and merchandise credits.
  • Havenly is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
