Our Retail Strategy team is the driving force that helps our retail studios drive sales and grow our business. We’re looking for an associate to join our team to help power the execution and management of our sales and retail operations. Working directly with the Director of Retail Strategy on projects that keep our sales team and stores functioning at the highest level. Our ideal candidate is an operationally minded and data-passionate individual who is excited to grow, innovate, and be a visionary for the business.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deep dive into our CRM database, Hubspot, and manage all aspects on daily basis 
  • Maintain the CRM system used by the Sales Team. Resolve and assist sales team with CRM support inquiries and work to optimize and improve data integrity.  
  • Analyze and optimize our in-bound lead allocation to drive stronger conversion 
  • Collaborate with our retail strategy team and store leaders to assess goals, performance, variable payment structures and new opportunities.  
  • Update and maintain our training and resource hub for our studio  teams to have the most up-to-date tools and knowledge to sell effectively
  • Work cross-functionally with CX and product to identify new initiatives and opportunities to streamline internal processes and optimize efficiencies within the sales organization 
  • Assist in ongoing communication to the sales team on retail discount strategies, company updates, process updates etc. 

Who you are: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a business related field, preferred
  • 1-2 years of retail and/or operational experience at the corporate level 
  • Deeply analytical with strong knowledge in excel and quantitative analysis
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to own multiple projects and update key stakeholders on project statuses. 
  • Enjoy retail and working closely with store teams! 
  • Preferred experience in Hubspot, our CRM tool 

Additional Details: 

  • Targeted compensation range for this role is: $50-$65,000 Annually.
