At Havenly, we believe that everyone deserves a beautiful home they love. Founded in 2014, we've grown into the #1 interior design service in the country.

We're reinventing the way people design and shop for their homes, making custom furniture and interior design delightful and accessible for all. Although we're headquartered in Denver, we offer both online and in-person services, operating design studios on both coasts and throughout the US.

We proudly own and operate some of the best home furnishings brands in the business including Interior Define, The Inside, and The Citizenry. Our family of brands is growing and we’re looking for amazing people to join us on this journey!

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our design team and shape the future of experiences across the Havenly family of brands. You will craft stunning, beautiful designs that push our brand’s digital presence forward, all while maintaining a laser-sharp focus on usability and first-class customer experience. Partnering closely with product managers and engineers, you’ll work on key strategic company initiatives that not only elevate and iterate on existing features, but also explore new, potentially game-changing growth areas we’ve never tried before.  You will also be a critical part of helping to establish a tightly executed design system that is equal parts gorgeous, welcoming, and effortlessly usable.

The ideal candidate is a star collaborator who values feedback and insight from fellow designers and product managers, but is equally comfortable working independently on more open-ended problems. You are a strategic, out-of-the-box thinker with a passion for keeping up with the latest design trends, along with a unique appreciation for using data to help inform your design choices. You have an obsession for detail, and are comfortable setting and meeting deadlines, working fast, testing and iterating, and collaborating closely with different teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Help define original experiences and features that focus on user needs and propel the growth of our unique business.
  • Champion a user-focused, mobile-first way of thinking throughout the company, exemplifying a set of product design principles that ultimately drive decisions about the Havenly product experience.
  • Craft thoughtful sketches, wireframes, visual designs, and prototypes for a wide range of on-site and in-app experiences defined by the product roadmap and overall company goals.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and general research across different digital platforms and make recommendations for creative, impactful design solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and cross functional stakeholders to understand and help shape product requirements, define goals, and utilize data to inform designs.
  • Lead periodic usability testing efforts to help guide and iterate on user flows and interactions.
  • Present designs to key stakeholders in design reviews, clearly outlining methodology and motivations behind designs.
  • Support with production implementation, troubleshooting, and QA as needed.
  • Make it beautiful, simple, and delightful, always.

What you’ll bring:

  • 4+ years of related experience designing end-to-end digital products at tech companies or digital product design agencies.
  • An exceptional portfolio of beautiful product design work that will make us swoon, demonstrating a strong sense of typography, color theory, and grid systems.
  • Experience with creating thoughtful wireframes, user flows, and prototypes at various fidelity levels, with a good grasp of UX best practices and principles.
  • Not only an understanding of the technical constraints and liberties behind your decisions but enough technical understanding to also communicate your ideas to our engineers.
  • Expert understanding of web and iOS platforms.
  • Expertise with standard design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

What would set you apart:

  • Passion for Havenly’s brand and products
  • Experience designing for e-commerce in a web environment
  • Very strong visual design instincts
  • Experience designing natively for an iOS app experience
  • Ability to communicate confidently and articulately
  • Experience working in a high-growth consumer technology company
  • A true maker’s mindset and work ethic

Additional Details:

  • This is a full-time exempt position headquartered in Denver, CO, working a hybrid schedule. Strong remote candidates will also be considered.

Race & Ethnicity Definitions

If you believe you belong to any of the categories of protected veterans listed below, please indicate by making the appropriate selection. As a government contractor subject to the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA), we request this information in order to measure the effectiveness of the outreach and positive recruitment efforts we undertake pursuant to VEVRAA. Classification of protected categories is as follows:

A "disabled veteran" is one of the following: a veteran of the U.S. military, ground, naval or air service who is entitled to compensation (or who but for the receipt of military retired pay would be entitled to compensation) under laws administered by the Secretary of Veterans Affairs; or a person who was discharged or released from active duty because of a service-connected disability.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
