Senior Product Marketing Manager

The Senior Product Marketing Manager at Haven will be a critical hands-on leader responsible for market and competitive intelligence, GTM strategies, and evangelizing Haven’s Logistics Platform. This highly visible role will deliver core product messaging, marketing and sales collateral, sales tools and enablement, and pricing models. This person will work closely with sales, corporate marketing, product management, and Haven's customers and providers. The ideal candidate will have depth in enterprise SaaS software and be a proven successful leader in Product Marketing.


  • Perform detailed market opportunity analysis, including market research, segmentation, key trends and changes, and competitive analysis.

  • Develop and implement GTM

  • Create relevant and timely marketing collateral such as datasheets, case studies, whitepapers, web content, webinars, blogs, and social media.

  • Provide sales tools such as presentations, battle cards, FAQs, and best practices.

  • Provide sales training, including lesson plans, content, and speakers when necessary.

  • Develop/improve and implement pricing strategies, when necessary

  • Develop a competitive intelligence center of excellence that delivers actionable competitive intelligence to support strategic and product decisions and sales efforts.

  • Help evangelize the value of Haven internally and externally with internal communications, executive briefings, industry/customer/partner events, analyst, and press when necessary


  • 7+ years of marketing/product marketing experience in enterprise software

  • Dynamic confident personality with ability to successfully drive projects with minimal guidance amidst multiple priorities and goals

  • Proven analytical and creative thinking skills that translates to innovative marketing strategies

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Fine-tuned project management skills with tight deadlines.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.  Ability to work successfully with cross functional teams and interact with technical, non-technical, professional, and executive levels.

  • Proven ability to translate technical features into business benefits

  • Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence

  • University degree required, technical degree preferred
