Head of Research at HASHDEX

We are looking for a Director of Marketing to lead flawless development and execution of world-class brand and marketing communications for Hashdex in the USA. You will be a steward of the Hashdex brand, and continue building it across audiences. You’ll develop and oversee content marketing for multiple audiences representing our products. Key to this role is empathy. You must deeply know the audiences and then deliver content and programs that create value by facilitating complex sales processes and generating leads and engagement. Know the audience. Figure out the unmet needs. Cut through the clutter with innovative solutions. Make the magic happen. You’ll work cross-functionally within Hashdex and with third-party vendors, partners, and agencies as needed. You will need to be a systematic thinker and able to implement process and procedures that can scale rapidly and benefit from data-driven continuous improvement. You will be responsible for the marketing and content plan and budget, as well building, developing, coaching, and leading your team. You’ll apply your strong business background and analytical mind to stay a couple steps ahead of the dynamic crypto space.

  • Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans and budgets
  • Build and steward the brand identity internally and externally
  • Lead all marketing communications for the USA market, and some globally
