We are building our Peple and Culture department from the ground-up, and there is literally everything to be done! We are looking for a senior HR person with an entrepreneurial spirit to build our recruitment process and strategy. This person will be responsible for designing and implementing recruiting best practices accross Hashdex.  The ideal candidate is very well organized, process oriented, and comfortable in a fast paced environment. Being fluent in English is very important as Hashdex is a global player with global ambitions.


  • Build and manage the recruiting process (in detail) from end to end with continuous improvement through iteration
  • Own the process and measure its effectiveness
  • Execute end-to-end recruiting (candidate sourcing and management)
  • Lead relationship with recruiting agencies.
  • Build strong collaborative relationships with hiring managers by advising on job descriptions, job classification, and providing timely and high quality support throughout the process.
  • Manage KPI's, weekly and monthly goals.


  • Undergraduate degree (Psicology preferred)
  • Proficiency in Portuguese and English
  • 3+ yrs of experience in Recruitment at scale-ups
  • Ability to solve problems with autonomy and critical thinking
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a highly collaborative and team oriented attitude
