Harmony Venture Labs is looking for a Go-to-Market Specialist that can combine technical, analytical, and marketing skills to help drive our studio businesses forward.
You will be part of the Growth Marketing team which is committed to developing, testing, and iterating on strategies and tactics to create sustained improvements across the entire customer journey of our businesses.
As the Go To Market Specialist, you will be responsible for the marketing strategy and execution of one studio project (Business to business SaaS).
- Developing, testing, and iterating on strategies to grow the studio business you’re responsible for.
- Fostering and supporting a culture of experimentation across Harmony Venture Labs.
- Owning and executing on your ideas – from crafting the messaging to launching campaigns.
- Measuring, tracking, and providing detailed reporting on individual experiments and the impact of our growth marketing efforts.
- Analyzing customer data and external research to inform our growth strategies and tactics.
The Growth Marketing team will share learnings from all studio and core company projects across the entire team to increase speed. Do you enjoy applying systems thinking to problems? Do you get excited about running experiments and optimizing processes to get the best performance possible? Are you as comfortable crafting a marketing strategy as you are diving into the data?

Here’s what you’ll need:
Marketing: You understand how to implement and improve a system for growth across the entire customer lifecycle. You can design experiments and campaigns grounded in marketing principles that leverage various channels and tactics. You have experience developing data-informed marketing strategies, crafting messaging for campaigns, writing marketing copy, and building highly-targeted campaigns with sophisticated email automation tools.
Statistical Testing: You understand the principles and mathematical concepts behind statistical testing and are comfortable with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
Data and Analytics: You have experience analyzing the performance of funnels, campaigns, marketing tactics, and experiments. You are able to develop hypotheses from this analysis to inform future strategies and test ideas. Bonus points for experience with Google Analytics, advanced Excel formulas, SQL, Google Data Studio (or a similar BI platform), etc.
Project Management: You are able to prioritize and manage projects, while clearly communicating goals and progress along the way. You are hands-on and prioritize getting things done. Shipping things to collect learnings is important to you.
Paid Advertising: You need to have a strong understanding of paid advertising in either displays (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) or search marketing (Google Ads, etc.).
- 2+ years of experience owning and executing go-to-market strategies
- B2B SaaS industry experience
- Wide breadth of experience in demand generation across multiple channels with near expertise in one or more channels
