Responsibilities: 

• Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and to client specifications 
• Align with Project Leader to organize and plan tasks, align on schedules and delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise 
• Support engagement financials, practice operations as well as business development and proposal efforts   
• Communicate project status to key stakeholders and key project participants 
• Facilitate and encourage collaboration across departments and teams to ensure projects are completed successfully 
• Optimize project deliverables, schedule, and budgeting where needed 
• Create presentations and reports to communicate project status 
• Assist with business development in developing project plans and cost estimates 
• Serve as the primary contact for procurement related questions, training, policy and procedure interpretation and alignment by all departments.  
• Assist in maintaining the Project schedule at the level required to track critical actions and milestones

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field  
• 3-7 years of relevant experience in industry or consulting team-oriented environment  
• A focus on project management, budgeting, strategic sourcing, process improvement, and/or financial analysis  
• Permanent U.S. work authorization  
• Ability to work independently, within a matrix reporting structure and a high level of ambiguity 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Project management training/certification 
• Solid analytical, data visualization and computer skills  
• Strong communication skills  
• Outstanding team building and leadership skills  
• Willingness to travel depending on client assignments (0 – 25%)
