THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to our MMS (Marketplace Management Systems) team | BASE focus area in Brazil

The BASE (Business Architecture Services) focus area is responsible for the business platform services that are inherently connected to the Wellhub business model and product, current and future iterations.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the definitions, and execution of key product initiatives that support Wellhub's mission and are impactful for our external clients and internal clients.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, design, engineering, operations, business stakeholders, and other product teams to deliver high-quality products that meet both Wellhub's goals and clients' needs. YOUR IMPACT

  • Drive the development of tools aimed at simplifying and optimizing the way Wellhub offers its services to the market, sustainably increasing value to thousands of clients, millions of users, and partners around the world;
  • Lead the product requirements definition, actively collaborating with various cross-functional teams and stakeholders within Wellhub to propose new product solutions;
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by constantly evaluating and refining current products, processes, tools, and methodologies;
  • Lead the creation and execution of the product roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs. Prioritize initiatives and maintain focus on high-impact features;
  • Utilize analytics and research to measure product success, identify growth opportunities, and iterate on product features.
  • Develop KPIs to track and measure product performance.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own well-being and your colleagues. WHO YOU ARE

  • A true team player used to build great products in close collaboration with engineering, design, and business team;
  • Enthusiastic about developing global products with global teams;
  • Clear product vision and strategy that aligns with both client's needs and business goals;
  • Be able to balance long-term strategic goals with the ability to execute on short-term priorities. This includes understanding how each product feature or iteration fits into the broader Wellhub's vision;
  • Entrepreneurial and self-driven spirit with a great desire to make things happen;
  • Data-driven mindset with analytical skills and experience with product analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Metabase);
  • Familiarity with Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and the ability to run sprints, manage backlogs, and work iteratively is critical;
  • Experience with the entire product lifecycle— from ideation, MVP (minimum viable product) development, testing, and iteration, to launch and post-launch optimization.
