We are hiring a Sales Project Support Specialist to our Indirect Channel team in São Paulo, Brazil

This role is to join the Channel Partner’s Projects, a global team that supports the sales team in building a strategy for new partnerships and improving processes that significantly impact the experience of channel partners, delivering solutions adapted to each market's needs, and enabling the scalability of our business. As a Project Specialist, you will be expected to ensure the successful planning, execution, and completion of various projects within the organization. The position will work closely with the sales team and other key areas in the organization to strengthen partnerships that contribute to the overall success of the Channel Partners area. We are excited to have a game-changer candidate to take us to the next level.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both at Wellhub and at the channel partners, to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and milestones, managing the delivery of different stakeholders whenever needed
  • Monitor and track project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
  • Communicate project status, updates, and changes to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.
  • Support sales teams with project-related information and documentation as needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing best practices for project management.

  • A professional with proven experience in project management, especially within sales teams or tech companies.
  • Willingness to learn and challenge yourself by managing different projects and helping the evolution of our project methodology.
  • Able to communicate in English and/or Spanish, demonstrating excellent written and verbal skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills to establish great relationships with co-workers and channel partners
  • An individual with strong organizational and multitasking abilities who is able to lead multiple projects
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Have familiarity with project management tools and software, such as Asana and JIRA
  • Equipped with strong problem-solving skills, attentive to detail and team-oriented, yet capable of working independently when necessary.
