THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Midlevel Business Operations Analyst for our DOTS-CX team in Brazil!

At DOTS, we are developing scalable solutions that make Wellhubbers more productive, assuring user-friendly, data-driven, and confident products, for efficient and measurable work in the business areas. We divide DOTS PD team internally into 4 Product Domains responsible for changing the company vision into an experience-centric one using different approaches. 
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Analyst to join our Level 2 Service Desk team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth IT operations, providing advanced technical support, and driving process improvements. This position requires a strong understanding of IT systems, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Improved Resolution Rates: By handling escalated and complex technical issues, the analyst ensures faster and more effective resolution, reducing downtime and minimizing the impact on business operations.
  • Streamlined Processes: Through process analysis and optimization, they identify bottlenecks and implement improvements, leading to greater efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced productivity.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Their analysis of key performance indicators provides valuable insights into service desk performance, allowing management to make informed decisions for future improvements.
  • Increased Customer Satisfaction: Their expertise and customer-centric approach lead to a positive user experience, resolving issues promptly and efficiently and building trust between IT and end-users.
  • Provide Product insights for new features: By understanding the root cause of tickets, this person will feed the product backlog with new development opportunities.

WHO YOU ARE

  • You have proven experience in a Level 2 service desk or similar technical support role.
  • You have a good IT foundation, experience troubleshooting complex issues, and knowledge of various technologies.
  • You are passionate about technology, eager to learn and stay current with industry trends.
  • You have great analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
  • You are passionate about helping others, empathetic, and skilled at communicating technical concepts.
  • You are an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Computing technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), DevOps, API architecture, and SQL queries.
  • You have advanced English skills, in writing and speaking;
  • You have a collaborative approach with your team, and you take initiative, seeks improvements, and embraces change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
