THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Manager (Mid-Market) to our team in Mexico City! 

The Client Success Manager (Mid-Market) creates and nurtures strong relationships with a portfolio of mid-sized clients (500-2000 eligible), driving their growth and long-term satisfaction. This strategic role combines account management, business development, and effective communication skills to ensure ongoing client success and revenue expansion.

YOUR IMPACT

Client Portfolio Management:

  • Maintain proactive relationships with an assigned portfolio of mid-sized clients.
  • Deeply understand each client's needs, goals, and challenges.
  • Develop scalable success plans for each client, aligned with their business objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze client product/service usage to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to assess progress and adjust strategies.

Business Development & Growth:

  • Identify and execute strategies to increase paid subscriber growth and MRR (Monthly Recurring Revenue) within the assigned portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within client accounts.
  • Explore and develop scalable strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Communication & Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the "Wellbeing Engagement" team to enhance ongoing (evergreen) client communication.
  • Collaborate with indirect channel clients to maximize their success and satisfaction.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Proven experience 2+ years in account management, client success, or similar roles within the B2B technology market.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Working knowledge of CRM tools and client communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for client success and a commitment to excellence.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in the wellness or health-tech industry.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and growth hacking strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva design and usage.
