THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Success Manager (CSM) to our Client Success team in Sao Paulo! 


As a B2B Customer Success Manager, you will be expected to bring significant business results to Wellhub through ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing retention. 

You will be the primary point of contact for our enterprise clients, fostering strong relationships and understanding their unique needs and objectives. Your goal? Ensuring they derive maximum value from Wellhub products and services, including working to increase paid subscription.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact. Understand clients needs and objectives to ensure continuous value delivery.
  • Communication: Ensure clients are kept informed about campaigns, best practices for leveraging Wellhub, including promotions, tools, and new features. Define and implement the customer well-being plan in collaboration with other departments at Wellhub.
  • Onboarding: Support clients through the onboarding phase, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition to using the contracted services.
  • Analysis and Evaluation: Monitor client´s performance, identify areas of opportunity, and propose solutions to improve the client experience and increase retention, with a special focus on increasing paid subscriptions.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and guidance to customers on the effective use of products or services, ensuring they leverage all available features.
  • Problem Resolution: Proactively resolve any client issues or concerns, working collaboratively with other internal teams, when necessary, to ensure swift resolution.
  • Client Advocacy: Represent clients interests within the company, ensuring their needs are understood and addressed at all organizational levels.
  • Live the mission: inspire and empower others by genuinely caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues. Bring wellbeing to the forefront of work, and create a supportive environment where everyone feels comfortable taking care of themselves, taking time off, and finding work-life balance.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Experience in a client-facing position managing client relationships;
  • Experience nurturing a portfolio of clients;
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong influence and ability to coordinate cross-functional areas, work in a team environment, and solve problems creatively and efficiently;
  • Ability to operate independently and escalate at the right time when needed;
  • Strong attention to detail and extensive ability to manage multiple clients/projects concurrently;
  • Ability to monitor data, analyze reports, and use it to propose action to leverage results within the clients;
  • Able to analyze and improve current job processes/protocols and anticipate/manage change in a quickly moving global business environment;
  • Experience in using Salesforce and Tableau is a plus;
