We are hiring a Sales Operations Sr. Specialist to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo, Brazil

Gympass Revenue Strategy and Operations team is looking for a Client Sales Operations Manager to partner with our Sales leadership across the Globe (Brazil, Spanish speaking Latam, US and Europe) to crack the most important strategic topics of our Sales Funnel. You will help to drive efficiency and sustainably to grow our business. You will be responsible for (i) executing and scaling day-to-day operations processes (e.g. defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc), (ii) defining and executing the foundations of sales operations (e.g. building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc),  (iii) managing variable compensation model, targets and attainment.


  • As an individual contributor, establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams;
  • Monitor metrics and proactively brings insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance;
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis;
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making  recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity;  
  • Manage the CRM (Salesforce) as well as other sales tools to foster a more structured management of Gympass commercial activities;
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning.

  • Previous relevant of work experience with Sales; 
  • Previous relevant of work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience;
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions;
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses;
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership;
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations;
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles;
  • Salesforce knowledge: prior experience working with Salesforce as a CRM;
  • Excited about Gympass.
