We are seeking a technical, hands-on, results-driven CRM Solutions Architect / Tech Lead to add firepower to our Marketing Ops team. This individual will spearhead the organization & execution of the CX and B2B infra and tech solutions roadmap. This individual will be responsible for the day-to-day project management of the project architecture solution, business requirements, schedules, deliverables & on-time delivery. 

In this role, you will face technical, resource allocation, and project execution challenges as you will work on bringing the CX and B2B teams more efficiency and scalable solutions. You are able to “talk shop” with both internal and external customers, as well as understand the technical and operational efforts that go into integrating and launching software solutions.

  • Build a marketing operations vision and strategy, build a business case to execute on it, and be able to quantify the impact of the continued maturity of our marketing operations function.
  • Along with technical leads, direct conversations on KPIs to ensure business teams’ tracked measurements align with goals of the company.
  • Prioritize & plan the execution of projects against tight deadlines.
  • Manage scope & evaluate priorities to efficiently balance resources for martech projects.
  • Build, develop and maintain highly collaborative and effective working relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate proactive planning and flawless execution against our business objectives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders, create detailed project plans to deliver solutions to CX and B2B teams to bring more efficiency and scalability, identifying resource requirements, task owners, milestones, dependencies & key risks.
  • Own all vendor relationships within our marketing tech stack and manage all integrations with our marketing automation system.
  • Translate complex business issues to technical audiences and recommend courses of action.


  • Solid experience in project management, service line product management, or marketing operations.
  • Experience working in an agile setting with Atlassian suite (Jira/Confluence), or other project management tools.
  • Advanced or fluent English skills.
  • Attention to details and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Energetic team player with excellent written, verbal, & conceptual skills in both English and Portuguese.
  • Willingness to learn fast with a "roll-up-the-sleeves" & "get the job done" attitude
  • Direct experience with Hubspot, Salesforce and Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
