THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a CLIENT SUCCESS SPECIALIST to our NEW VENTURES team in São Paulo! 

YOUR IMPACT

  • Identify key opportunities to ensure implementation in our HR customers, delivering revenue, transaction and onboarding volume, and satisfaction goals
  • Help with customer retention and MRR expansion (upsell), as well as passing customer feedback to management
  • Ensure that the onboarding and ongoing goals in each client company are met to bring in more revenue
  • Perform online meetings with customers (but must be available for occasional visits and travels) and internal meetings with Wellz teams
  • Handle strategic accounts for Gympass (onboarding and ongoing with high CSAT)
  • Manage your client portfolio as well as plan engagement actions with the responsible team
  • Genuinely listen and align expectations, so that the treatment (implementation, incident, request, or cancellation) occurs smoothly, ensuring a good Wellz experience
  • Support the CE team to build Wellz brand activation actions for each customer
  • Act directly with detractors or neutral customers to turn them into promoters
  • Effect internal projects, customer portfolio management, and achievement of stipulated goals
  • Contact stakeholders internal/external

 WHO YOU ARE

  • Previous experience working as a Client Success (strategic accounts)
  • Intermediate English
  • Good interpersonal relationship
  • Negotiation capabilities = this person has to be comfortable making negotiations with clients
  • Project management and personal organization skills, dynamism, flexibility and analytical capacity
