THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Client Sales Senior Manager to our Client Sales team in Munich, Germany!

YOUR IMPACT

  • Be responsible for developing Gympass’ portfolio of corporate Key Accounts Companies;
  • Research, map and develop plans for each prospect client;
  • Continually seek opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums
  • Act as a role model to the Client Sales team with your drive to convert opportunities into clients by managing prospects through complex sales processes
  • Engage with potential clients to explain the Gympass concept and understand how it might align to their business objectives
  • Map the decision-making process of each prospect in order to optimise conversions at each stage
  • Develop and own customised proposals for each prospect, according to their needs and interests
  • Position yourself as a thought leader in HR & Wellbeing space, leveraging and creating content to engage a prospect
  • Continually seek and take advantage of opportunities to network with clients at external/industry forums

WHO YOU ARE

  • +5 years of proven work experience in related positions;
  • Mandatory +5 years of experience in SaaS sales or HR consulting / Employee benefits firms
  • Proven track record of closing large B2B deals
  • You will be a strong communicator with native level of German and bilingual in English, with an ability to problem solve and react to challenges with a head-on approach
  • Strategic and able to analyse current ways of working, drawing conclusions and identifying areas to improve
  • Positive attitude and great team spirit
