We are a team of engineers, product managers, product designers, and data scientists who collaborate cross functionally to deliver and extend on our benefits suite: Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance as well as 401K, Tax Advantaged Accounts, Worker’s Compensation, and more.   

The Benefits mobile-focused roadmap depends heavily on collaborating with our Member Group and Mobile Platform team which are obsessed with delivering innovative and delightful experiences and product lines to customers.  

Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Partner with engineering, design, and data science to ship solutions that delight customers
  • Identify emerging technologies and industry trends, build business cases, and define product vision and strategy
  • Understand customer pain points, come up with solutions, and then prototype, iterate and launch frequently
  • Use data and experiments to make decisions that improve the customer experience and business metrics 
  • Make our Customers happy - both Employers and Employees

Here’s what we're looking for:

    • 4+ years of product management or software development experience
    • Track record of delivering mobile (iOS and/or Android) products both native and web-based
      • Strong technical understanding of mobile technologies and the process of releasing and updating apps through iTunes Connect and/or Google Play
    • Experience driving growth of product from launch phase to scaled adoption including 
      • Strong product discovery and research skills
      • Ability to set a strategy and translate to a roadmap with end-to-end execution
      • Proven track record of building products customers love and taking them from launch to scale
    • Zest for learning and first principles thinking
    • Execution oriented and highly organized
    • Empathy and kindness for the teams you work with and the customers we serve

    Our cash compensation range for this role is $154,000/yr to $211,000/yr in Denver & most remote locations, and $184,000/yr to $249,000/yr in San Francisco & New York. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
