Gusto is seeking an Office Environment Coordinator who will serve as the face of the organization and dive into special projects. If you have customer service experience and are looking to transition into more of an office setting, this role will give you the opportunity to flex your forward-facing skills ensuring all clients’ needs are taken care of. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:
Greet all employees and guests who come through the door
Manage office vendor schedules, services and relationships
Plan and coordinate office special events
Ensure that the supply stations and all other common areas are kept neat and well stocked with supplies
Research vendors for supplies, services, and activities
Manage corporate housing logistics like scheduling housekeeping and access key distribution
Act as the liaison between the office and building management for facilities repairs and adjustments
Keep office service resources and documents up to date
Provide ad-hoc support to other staff members and departments as necessary
Here’s what we're looking for:
Previous experience in an office management or administrative support role in a startup or office environment of 60+ employees
Are positive and energetic with a passion to drive the Gusto values to unparalleled levels!
Stay cool under pressure and are able to effectively prioritize tasks
Pay close attention to detail and follow through on tasks with a can-do attitude
Have strong problem solving skills and reasoning to solve administrative issues
