As a member of Gusto’s marketing team, you will help create a world where work empowers a better life, changing the way small businesses take care of their teams with modern payroll, big company benefits, and expert HR. Our growing partner marketing team supports Gusto’s indirect channel in driving a third of Gusto’s revenue and is a key part of our company strategy moving forward. Within the channel, we’re focused first-and-foremost on accountants who act as a trusted advisor to small businesses.
Your mission as the Partner Campaign Manager will be to accelerate growth in our in-direct channel by implementing and optimizing high-performance campaigns throughout an accounting partner’s lifecycle with Gusto. You’ll drive engagement by leveraging loyalty marketing strategies and educational content. You’ll work closely with our marketing operations, customer marketing, and partner marketing teams to conceptualize key moments of interaction across our user journey to ensure we’re communicating with partners in strategic, timely, and thoughtful ways. You’re data-driven and customer obsessed.
What you’ll do day-to-day:
Develop and execute on acquisition, engagement, and loyalty campaign strategies
Collaborate with cross functional teams (demand generation, sales, marketing operations, product marketing) to gather feedback and share key insights
Own the partner user journey from end-to-end to align gaps with opportunities
Drive reporting on the effectiveness of campaigns
What we’re looking for:
A well-rounded marketer with 3+ years of experience in hands-on email campaign management and 5+ years experience overall
Proven success in driving strategy and execution of campaigns across the customer journey
Strong data analysis capabilities - Excel a must, SQL a plus
Exposure to loyalty program marketing
Demonstrated ability to work closely with operations, sales, and product marketing teams
Experience with Marketo and SFDC preferred
Experience driving growth of in-direct channels a plus
