Gusto is growing our Business Technology team and looking for a Robotic Process Automation Developer! You'll architect, design, implement and maintain scalable RPA processes. Our mission is to help our business set the right goals and achieve them!
Here's What You'll Do
Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide scalable solutions in alignment with business technology strategy and architecture
Design, configure, test, deploy and maintain reusable Robotic Process Automation (RPA) scripts and frameworks designed to replicate manual administrative processes.
Select the appropriate RPA techniques and methodologies to apply to the manual business process to be automated
Support full lifecycle implementation of the RPA project (including building prototypes, validating script performance at scale, sharing demos of work completed, and training end-users on self-service tools within the platform)
Build relationships and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of commitments
Be the key stakeholder for change management and development process
Here's What We're Looking For
4+ years experience working on Robotic Process Automation (RPA) with one of the market leading RPA platforms: UI Path, Automation Anywhere, and/or BluePrism
2+ years of experience with UIPath
Coding knowledge of SQL, VB.NET.
Excellent communication skills- should be able to explain the technical aspects to the business people and relevant stakeholders
Should be good at maintaining documentation, code migration between environments and bug fixing
Experienced in both Agile and waterfall methodologies
BA/BS degree in Computer Science/Math or equivalent practical experience
