As a Senior Product Manager for the Guru product, you'll be responsible for the heart of our customer’s knowledge management capabilities: how customers find knowledge, create knowledge, and manage it over time. We value putting customers first — you’ll get to work with amazing customers like Shopify, Slack, Spotify, Square, and many more. You’ll use your experience to build delightful and high-quality products and expand the use cases, user personas, and markets we serve.
Understand our customers, products, markets, and competition in depth
Launch products and platforms, measure performance, and iterate quickly
Create a culture of learning and trust with the teams you work with
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing to grow the business
Take on complexity, so our customers don’t have to
Bring a platform mindset to the way we build extensibility into our products
Build strong empathy for our customers and the teams you work with
Clearly communicate our strategy to the company and investors
3+ years of product management experience; managing SaaS products a plus
Analytical skills to define, collect, and measure product performance
Experience with user research and customer interviews
Ability to marry quantitative analysis with qualitative research techniques
