The Digital Manager is an individual contributor role responsible for prospecting and closing sales in GumGum’s Market Leading Advertising platform. Reporting to the Digital Director, Netherlands, this role is responsible for leading and developing key relationships and strategy across key media agencies and advertisers in the Netherlands. We expect the successful candidate to drive value for our clients through GumGum products & have extensive contacts across the industry

The Digital Manager is a self-motivated individual who can work with internal teams and are committed to achieving and exceeding sales goals while growing GumGum’s products in their allocated region. We are looking for candidates with 3+ year’s experience in Digital Sales or Media Agency side.

Note: Starting early 2025, this position offers the opportunity for GumGummers to work in-office 2-3 times per week.

What You'll Achieve

  • Revenue Growth: Manage a key media agency patch, increasing output from existing clients while identifying and securing new prospects.
  • Sales Activities: Lead high-volume sales efforts including presentations, RFPs, and innovative solutions to drive new revenue.
  • Client Upselling: Showcase the value of contextual and rich media products, securing test opportunities for additional offerings like video and data products.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and clients, providing solutions that align with their marketing goals.
  • Client Insights: Communicate client needs and feedback to internal teams, ensuring successful implementation of sold proposals.
  • Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with Account Managers and internal teams for timely delivery and execution of campaigns.
  • Strategic Sales Support: Assist the Sales Director with strategic sales initiatives.

Skills You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of digital advertising sales experience with proven success in meeting sales targets.
  • Expertise in Managed Service and Programmatic solutions.
  • Strong industry reputation and network of media agency contacts.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and building client relationships.
