  • Support Guinness World Records PR and Marketing teams (Remote; For-Credit) 


  • Writing articles for the US to be published on the Guinness World Records global website 
  • Creating a flow of posts for the Guinness World Records Instagram channel, including pulling assets and writing captions 
    • These posts will stem from overarching categories of content outlined by the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. They include: memes, quotes, evergreen content, new articles 
  • Suggest new forms of online content based on industry trends and news 
  • Working cross-functionally with Records Management Team to keep an ongoing catalogue of potential content opportunities 
  • Editing photos in Photoshop 
  • Updating the global content calendar with weekly Instagram posts 
  • Creating content from our B2B section of the Guinness World Records website to be featured on the company’s LinkedIn page
  • Contributing ideas for the Guinness World Records Book key selling period, which includes holiday related campaigns 
  • Organizing incoming talent with the help and guidance of the Talent Researcher  


  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or a related field  
  • Must be able available to work remotely a minimum of 2-3 days per week 
  • Must be willing and able to receive college credit 
  • Knowledgeable in several forms of digital media, including social channels and video editing 
  • Familiar with data analytics and how to read and research material in different subjects 
  • Excellent writing and communication skills   
  • Well-organized and able to multi-task   
  • Has a service minded mentality and a “roll their sleeves up” type of attitude; will pitch in for all facets of company  
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications-Outlook/Excel/PowerPoint/Word  
  • Keen daily user and knowledgeable of social media services including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram
  • Previous internship experience a plus
