On-Call Substitute Teacher Opportunity at Guidepost Montessori at Palm Beach Gardens

Are you interested in becoming a Substitute Teacher at Guidepost Montessori? We are always seeking flexible, reliable substitute guides to join our on-call list!

As a Substitute Teacher, you will support multiple mixed-age Montessori classrooms as needed. No prior Montessori experience is required—training will be provided during orientation and onboarding.

This is an on-call position, where we’ll reach out when coverage is needed due to teacher absences or vacations. Subbing at Guidepost is a fantastic way to get your foot in the door. Many of our substitutes go on to become full-time Assistant Teachers when new positions open up. Hours and days worked vary based on the needs of the school.

Minimum Qualifications:

Negative TB test within the last 12 months
Strong interpersonal skills
Valid state background check
Warm and friendly demeanor
Preferred: ECE units or recent experience working with children ages 0-6
