Your Role

We're looking for an enthusiastic and adaptable Summer Program Coordinator, who has a passion for working with elementary-aged children.

This position is a full-time role starting at the end of this May! 

Our Guidepost Summer Program offers weekly themes that spark curiosity, exploration, and fun! You will be given a curriculum, and you are encouraged to add in your own creative ideas and activities.

We would love to talk to you if you have: 

  • Experience working with children from 1st grade to 6th grade, in camps, after-school programs, or a classroom setting
  • Confidence in implementing programs and generating your own engaging activities for students in this age group.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • A benevolent approach toward parents and children.
  • Bachelor's degree, or are currently working on a Bachelor's degree (Elementary Education preferred).
  • Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required.
