We are looking for enthusiastic and adaptable teachers who are interested in learning more about early childhood education as we work to grow our Montessori school in the Raleigh, NC area!
Your Role
We're looking for enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Teachers at all levels who have a passion for working with young children.
This position is a full-time role with great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.

We'd love to talk to you if you:
- Hold a High School Diploma/GED
- Have one year of childcare experience working in a childcare center
- Hold an Associate Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Have received an MACTE Montessori Diploma/Certificate for the 0-3 age group
- Have experience with the appropriate ages in a group setting, such as a preschool, daycare, childcare, nursery, or Reggio Emilia center
- Help children by giving them the tools to become independent
- Are open to guiding your colleagues, and be guided by them in turn
- Are eager to partner with parents on their child's journey
- Take pride in your work and are friendly with error
- Get energized and inspired by working with children!
