Guidepost Montessori at Castle Hills is now hiring Assistant Teachers, teacher assistants, and floater teachers to join our founding team in Lewisville, TX.

About the Role:
This position is full-time (9:00am-6:00pm) with great benefits, including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to 2 children at our school. At our school, you'll have the opportunity to support our Nido classrooms, ages 6 weeks to 16 months.
This role is a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and learn more about Montessori education! Many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our accredited Montessori training program we offer to exceptional employees.
About You:
- Previous experience with 0-6 year old children in preschools, camps, after-school programs, etc.
- Have excellent communication skills
- A strong love for the Toddler and Preschool age group!
- Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
- Willingness to float between the classrooms and help out where needed
