We are now hiring a bilingual (English and Spanish) Lead Toddler guide to join our Guidepost community in Katy, TX!

Are you a passionate, Montessori-trained teacher at the Nido/Toddler (0-3) level? If so, we would love to talk to you! We also offering free training to obtain a Montessori certificate!

In this role, you'll create and lead a model Spanish Immersion Toddler (16 mo - 3 yrs) classroom. Through your efforts, parents will see what's possible for their child when authentic, high-quality Montessori is alive and well in the prepared environment. You will be provided with a full set of high-quality materials from leading manufacturers, along with a classroom budget to make your classroom unique.

This is a full-time position, Monday-Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm

We'd love to talk to you if you:

Obtained a Montessori diploma for ages 0-3 years old (AMI Proffered) or will to take free training to obtain
Bilingual (fluent in both English and Spanish)
Earned a Bachelor's Degree (any subject)
Have experience with the appropriate age group
