Our Guidepost Montessori community in Aurora, CO is seeking dedicated and passionate Assistant Teachers to join our team. Our campus serves children ages birth through 6 years old and we are seeking support in our toddler (16 months - 3 years old) classroom as well as a general floater assistant teacher.
Your Role
We're looking for an enthusiastic, adaptable Assistant Teacher who has a passion for working with children. This position is a full-time role that pays between $16-18 an hour (9 am - 6 pm) with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

About You
- Experience working with children ages 0-6
- Have completed the Colorado Shines education training hours
- Early Childhood Education (ECE) credits, CDA or desire to complete
- Valid negative TB test taken within last 12 months (prior to start date with Guidepost)
- Ability to work well with other adults
- Growth mindset and problem-solving approach
- Familiarity with the Montessori approach to education is preferred, but not required
