Your role:

You will work with either Infants, Toddlers or 3-6 year old students and learn from an experienced and collaborative Lead Guide and Master Teacher. As an Assistant Guide, you will support children to become more independent as they work with beautiful and inspiring Montessori activities that support the development of the whole child. Depending on the age group, you'll support students explore practical life skills. This is a great opportunity to start your career in Montessori, as many of our Assistant Guides ultimately grow to take on Lead Guide roles over time, thanks to our free MACTE-accredited Montessori training program and our mentorship process.

These positions are full-time roles with great benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401K, a competitive rate of pay, and a generous 75% tuition discount for up to two children at our school.

Minimum Qualifications:

12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) Units (must have at least 6)
- We offer some credit sponsorship for those who currently do not have the full 12 ECE units and are eager to start their career with us!
