Our expanding Guidepost Montessori community is looking for an experienced Regional Admissions Specialist to support our schools across America.
Your Role
The Regional Admissions Specialist reports directly to the Director of School Growth and exercises discretion and independent judgment to ensure campus goals are met. The Regional Admissions Specialist is responsible for leading campus outreach initiatives, meeting enrollment targets. The ideal Regional Admissions Specialist will love working with parents, leading community outreach initiatives, and managing the entire enrollment process. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead community outreach and marketing projects
Planning and hosting of community outreach events
Giving tours to prospective families, and converting leads to enrolled families
Driving the entire enrollment process (managing leads utilizing a CRM system)
Maintain social media accounts
Interfacing with parents to build community, answer questions, and resolve any concerns that may arise

We'd love to talk to you if you possess:
A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent)
Marketing or CRM experience
An affinity for connecting with people
Strong organizational skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail with a focus on results
Facility with computer systems
A high degree of personal initiative
We'd prefer you over other candidates if you have:
Experience as an Admissions, Administrative, Program or School Director for a preschool
Familiarity with the Montessori method of education
Knowledge of the local community that will inform marketing effort
