We're looking for a Community Coordinator (Cebador) to help elevate the Ambacebador community. We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive connection builder that lives and breathes the value of community. Emotionally intelligent and digitally astute, you'll work collaboratively with the community to deliver a safe, vibrant and buzzing space for our Guayaki Yerba Mate loyalists. This is a remote and part-time position, working up to 20 hours a week and you may work evenings and weekends. You'll report the Ambacebador Community Manager. #LI-DNI
How you’ll help:
Community Growth
- Using Salesforce, review and progress member applications for the Guayaki Community
- Conduct Office hours for new members at least once a week
- Assist in the development and maintenance of recorded edition of Welcome Call
Community Health & Organization
- Assessing community members and taking necessary steps to ensure the quality and overall health of the Community space
- Enforcing Community Guidelines and inspiring Guayaki’s values in everything they do in the community space
- Knowledgeable of community metrics and how they impact user engagement
- Supporting community administration activities including process documentation and maintenance
Community Engagement
- Act as the point person for any questions directed from consumers inquiring about the Guayaki Community
- Support in developing the ongoing creative community calendar of events such as contests, spotlights and broader marketing tie-ins.
- Act as the point person for any questions directed from members within the Guayaki Community Network platform
- Managing the Top Contributors and potential Top Contributors
- Organization and running of online meetup events including Themed Gourd Circles, games nights and other initiatives.
What you’ll provide:
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated passion in Guayaki’s regeneration-driven business model, the brand, and the product
- Thoroughly know, understand, and engage in meaningful discussions about the company's values and products.
- Personable and accountable to both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrable ability to coordinate various changing tasks week to week and be flexible to evolving needs
- Emotional intelligence and empathy
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Self-motivated, curious, and proactive
- Approaches new and different ideas with curiosity and open-mindedness
- Experience as a participant within the Guayaki Community necessary
- Reliably commit to contracted hours and tasks allocated, show transparency with line manager and act professionally in all interactions with the business.
