The  Recruiter is a member of the GTB Talent Acquisition team, whose purpose is to recruit and hire diverse and innovative talent across the creative practice area for both full-time regular and temporary roles. The Recruiter is vigilant about creating the best candidate experience possible and an ambassador for GTB, representing the agency at external industry events (award shows, conferences, etc.) and attending college portfolio reviews and recruitment sessions.

In this role, you will…

  • Conduct kick-off meetings with hiring managers to collaborate on job descriptions, posting strategy, and sourcing strategy.
  • Source, screen, and prep candidates to interview/advance in a timely and consistent manner
  • Implement top strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates
  • Manage positive relationships both internally with hiring managers and externally with candidates
  • Provide regular status updates to all hiring managers and the recruitment team
  • Follow the recruitment process from start to finish with all hires
  • Partner with hiring managers to recruit according to the department staffing plan effectively
  • Review and evaluate creative portfolios
  • Extend and negotiate offers to candidates 

You have…

  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in creative or marketing agency recruitment
  • 7+ years of experience recruiting
  • Marketing agency recruitment experience (both digital, print, and video) preferred
  • Experience using the applicant tracking system, Greenhouse preferred
  • High comfort level with a fast-paced, high-volume work environment is a must
  • Proficiency in using social media channels to network and recruit candidates (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
