The Opportunity:

Join our team as the VP of Product Growth at GrowthDay, the world’s #1 personal growth company. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth strategies that acquire new users, increase engagement and LTV, integrate our revenue channels, and align with our company's vision.

As a hands-on leader, you will bring your extensive digital product growth experience, having successfully contributed to the growth of new users, engagement, retention, and LTV of major apps and brands.

You’ll leverage your skills in market analysis, user experience, growth hacking, marketing, and data analytics to inform and drive product and marketing strategies. Your leadership and hands-in-the-product, do-the-work approach will be key in collaborating across product, marketing, sales and engineering of our already-successful startup.

What You Will Do In This Role:

  • Develop and implement growth strategies for our consumer app.
  • Complete a clear roadmap for acquiring new users, increasing engagement, and boosting retention and LTV at levels higher than industry norms.
  • Lead product development initiatives across product, design, marketing, and engineering, ensuring they meet market demands and growth objectives.
  • Demonstrate expertise in using data analytics to guide product decisions and measure growth outcomes.
  • Help implement the right martech and data systems to operate efficiently and effectively across teams.
  • Encourage innovation and creative thinking in product development and growth strategies.
  • Help implement budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis related to product growth initiatives.
  • Use strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse product team.
  • Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
  • Showcase skill in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product growth.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in product growth.
